Kitchen Technician

The Tower Plaza Hotel is hiring a skilled Kitchen Technician responsible for the maintenance and repair of all commercial kitchen equipment. This role is vital for ensuring the seamless operation of the hotel's Food & Beverage department.

Responsibilities:

• Perform preventive maintenance and timely repairs on all commercial kitchen and laundry equipment (e.g., ovens, chillers, ranges, dishwashers).
• Diagnose mechanical and electrical faults in industrial kitchen machinery.
• Ensure all repair and maintenance work complies with safety and hygiene standards.
• Maintain accurate records of all service and repair activities.

Requirements:

• Previous experience (3+ years) as a Kitchen Technician in a large hotel or commercial catering environment.
• Technical certification in mechanical, electrical, or refrigeration systems.
• Strong troubleshooting skills specific to commercial cooking and cooling equipment.
