APEX is looking for a versatile Location Manager capable of overseeing and coordinating all aspects of site service delivery at our challenging onshore and offshore locations. This role is crucial for managing the interface between client requirements and on-the-ground operational execution.
Key Responsibilities and Qualifications
- Site Coordination:
- Manage and coordinate all catering, accommodation, maintenance, and support services at a specific site.
- Act as the primary point of contact for the client on-site, managing expectations and client relations.
- Operational Execution:
- Ensure resource allocation, inventory, and labor schedules are optimized for efficiency.
- Ensure all services are delivered in line with contract specifications and company quality standards.
- Compliance and Safety:
- Maintain strict compliance with all health, safety, and environmental regulations relevant to onshore or offshore environments.
- HACCP certification at Level 3–4 is a mandatory requirement.
- Experience Profile:
- Proven, substantial experience in site or location management within the catering, hospitality, or remote site services industry.
- Must demonstrate strong leadership and problem-solving skills, with the ability to work under high pressure.
