Overseeing the continuous surveillance and analysis of transactional activities to identify, assess, and respond to potential fraudulent behaviour.
Ensures the timely detection of suspicious patterns through advanced monitoring tools, data analytics, and risk-based strategies.
Leads a team of analysts to investigate alerts, escalate confirmed cases, and collaborate with internal stakeholders.
Qualifications:
Minimum 6-7 years of hands-on experience in fraud monitoring, analysis, prevention, detection, or investigation within the banking or financial services industry.
Professional certifications such as CFE (Certified Fraud Examiner) would be an added advantage.
Familiarity with fraud detection tools such as VRM, Falcon and other transaction monitoring systems.
Up-to-date knowledge about CBUAE Standards and other relevant legislations.
