MIS Manager

Responsibilities:

• Design, develop, and maintain the Management Information System (MIS) to provide accurate, timely financial and statistical reports to management.
• Perform in-depth data analysis, financial modeling, forecasting, and variance analysis to support strategic decision-making.
• Prepare comprehensive dashboards and reports using tools like Power BI or Tableau.
• Ensure data integrity and streamline reporting processes across the Group.
• Collaborate with department heads to understand their data needs and deliver insightful reports.
• Manage and mentor a team of analysts (if applicable).
• Thrive in a fast-paced environment and adapt quickly to changing business priorities.
• Requirements:
• Chartered Accountant (CA) with 8 years of post-qualification experience (PQE).
• Minimum 4 years of specific experience in MIS, management reporting, or business analysis.
• Highly analytical with strong data modeling and financial analysis skills.
• Proficient in MS Office (Advanced Excel, PowerPoint).
• Sound knowledge of data analytics tools (Power BI or Tableau).
• Excellent English communication and presentation skills.
