Job Description

  • Responsibilities:
  • Assist in the processing of company payroll accurately and on time.
  • Maintain and update payroll records and employee information.
  • Calculate overtime, deductions, bonuses, and other adjustments.
  • Prepare and submit payroll reports and assist with reconciliations.
  • Support the resolution of payroll-related queries from employees.
  • Assist in ensuring compliance with UAE labor law and WPS requirements.
  • Provide general administrative support to the finance/HR department.
  • Requirements:
  • 2 to 4 years of experience in a payroll role.
  • Experience within the construction industry is highly preferred.
  • Background in finance or accounting.
  • Strong numerical and data entry skills with high attention to detail.
  • Ability to handle confidential information.
  • Can join immediately.
