APEX is seeking a high-calibre Operation Manager to take direct oversight of all onshore catering and support service operations. This leadership role ensures peak efficiency, strict quality control, and seamless service delivery across our critical onshore remote sites.
Key Responsibilities and Qualifications
- Operational Oversight:
- Direct and manage all daily catering, hospitality, and support services across assigned onshore locations.
- Ensure all operations meet contractual obligations and company standards for service quality and food safety.
- Team and Resource Management:
- Manage site budgets, resource allocation, and inventory control effectively.
- Lead and mentor the site management team, promoting strong leadership and team-management skills.
- Quality and Compliance:
- Maintain and enforce the highest standards of hygiene and safety.
- HACCP certification at Level 3–4 is a mandatory requirement.
- Experience Profile:
- Proven, substantial experience in a similar managerial capacity within the catering, hospitality, or remote site services industry.
- Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities, capable of working effectively under pressure.
