Operations In Charge

Arackal Group is hiring an Operations In Charge to oversee interior fit-out projects. You will be responsible for ensuring projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.

Job Responsibilities:

• Lead and supervise day-to-day operations on interior fit-out sites.
• Coordinate with designers, site engineers, vendors, and sub-contractors.
• Monitor project schedules, material delivery, and labor productivity.
• Resolve on-site technical issues promptly to avoid project delays.

Requirements:

• Minimum 3-4 years of experience in operations or site management within the interior fit-out industry.
• Knowledge of fit-out materials, joinery, and MEP coordination.
• Ability to prioritize tasks and manage time effectively in a high-pressure environment.
