Play Host

We are looking for a child-focused and friendly Play Host to maintain a fun and safe environment at our facility in Yas Island. The Play Host is responsible for supervising play zones and ensuring every visitor receives excellent customer service.

Job Responsibilities:

• Monitor children’s play areas to ensure safety and adherence to facility rules.
• Assist in the maintenance of the play area, including cleaning, resetting equipment, and organizing toys.
• Manage crowd control during peak hours to maintain a safe and enjoyable environment.
• Provide proactive customer service and clear communication to all guests.
• Engage with children to encourage safe and inclusive play.

Requirements:

• 2 to 5 years of experience working in Family Entertainment Centers (FEC) or specialized children's play areas.
• Ability to remain energetic and friendly in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong focus on child safety and hazard identification within play zones.
• Physical stamina to assist with area resets and cleaning duties.
