QHSE Officer

• Responsibilities:
• Implement and monitor Quality, Health, Safety, and Environment (QHSE) policies and procedures across facilities.
• Conduct regular site inspections, risk assessments, and audits to ensure compliance with local regulations and company standards.
• Investigate incidents, accidents, and near-misses, and prepare detailed reports with corrective actions.
• Organize and deliver QHSE training and awareness programs for staff and contractors.
• Maintain QHSE documentation, records, and permits.
• Promote a strong safety culture and ensure all operations adhere to environmental guidelines.
• Requirements:
• Proven experience as a QHSE Officer in the UAE, preferably within facility management or construction.
• In-depth knowledge of UAE HSE regulations and international standards (ISO 45001, 14001, 9001).
• Relevant certifications (e.g., NEBOSH, IOSH) are highly advantageous.
• Excellent communication, reporting, and training skills.
