Job Description
MENA Hotels is hiring a customer-focused Receptionist to be the face of the hotel in the Front Office. This role is responsible for providing friendly, efficient check-in/check-out services and assisting guests with queries and requests throughout their stay.
Responsibilities:
- Welcome guests upon arrival and handle check-in procedures efficiently and courteously.
- Process guest payments, manage key card distribution, and handle registration documentation.
- Handle guest inquiries, resolve minor issues, and provide information about the hotel and local area.
- Manage check-out procedures and ensure accurate billing.
Requirements:
- Hotel experience is mandatory.
- Previous experience (1+ year) as a Hotel Receptionist or in a similar Front Office role is preferred.
- Excellent grooming, professional demeanor, and strong customer service skills.
- Proficiency in hotel Property Management Systems (PMS).
- All candidates must be available in the UAE for a direct interview.
