Job Description
We are seeking a highly professional and customer-focused Receptionist to be the first point of contact for guests. The role requires experience in high-end hospitality to ensure all guest interactionsâfrom reservations to greetingsâare handled efficiently and with excellence.
Responsibilities:
- Manage incoming phone calls, emails, and visitor inquiries efficiently and courteously.
- Handle guest reservations and manage the booking calendar/system accurately.
- Provide information about the establishment's services and local area when requested.
- Maintain the reception area's cleanliness and professional appearance.
- Assist the management team with general administrative tasks as needed.
Requirements:
- Must have previous experience in high-end hospitality.
- Strong verbal and written English communication skills.
- Excellent organizational skills and a professional demeanor.
- Ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously in a busy environment.
