Job Description
Jannah Hotels & Resorts is seeking a dedicated Reservations Agent. This role involves managing guest bookings and ensuring a high level of occupancy through efficient communication.
Job Responsibilities:
- Manage room reservations and inventory for over 500 rooms.
- Process guest inquiries via phone and email in English and Arabic.
- Use Cloud PMS to record and update booking details.
Requirements:
- Minimum 1 year of experience in a 4- or 5-star UAE hotel.
- Fluent in English and Arabic (preferred).
- Experience with Cluster Room Reservations.
