- Responsibilities:
- Lead the overall operation and performance of multiple restaurant units or a key segment of a flagship location.
- Develop, mentor, and evaluate Restaurant Assistant Coaches and Team Members to ensure a pipeline of competent leadership.
- Implement and enforce all quality assurance, health, and safety protocols.
- Analyze operational data and implement strategic improvements to boost efficiency and profitability.
- Ensure a world-class customer experience is delivered consistently across all touchpoints.
- Manage inventory, budget, and labor costs effectively.
- Requirements:
