Job Description
The Restaurant Manager is responsible for the overall success of the outlet, overseeing all aspects of daily operations, including front-of-house (FOH) and back-of-house (BOH) functions. Key duties involve strategic planning, maximizing sales, managing P&L, ensuring exceptional guest satisfaction, maintaining high operational standards, and leading, mentoring, and motivating the entire restaurant team.
Key Skills & Qualifications:
- Proven experience as a Restaurant Manager in a high-quality or casual dining setting.
- Strong business acumen, including proficiency in P&L management, budgeting, and inventory control.
- Excellent leadership, team development, and conflict resolution skills.
- In-depth knowledge of HACCP, food safety, and local licensing regulations.
- Exceptional customer service skills and a focus on maintaining brand standards.
