Job Description
We are seeking an experienced and dedicated Restaurant Manager to drive the success of one of our unique brand concepts. You will be responsible for leading all day-to-day operations, including staff management, ensuring exceptional guest satisfaction, achieving financial targets, and maintaining the highest standards of service, quality, and hygiene in a fast-paced, upscale environment. This role is crucial to setting the tone for our brand-new ventures.
Requirements
- Experience: Proven experience as a Restaurant Manager in a high-volume, upscale dining or entertainment venue, preferably in the UAE. Pre-opening experience is highly valued.
- Skills & Attributes:
- Exceptional leadership, team training, and motivational skills.
- Strong operational acumen, including inventory control, budgeting, and P&L management.
- Professional, well-presented, and a strong problem-solver.
