The Restaurant Supervisor acts as the operational lead on the floor, ensuring the smooth flow of service and the consistent delivery of a superior dining experience. Responsibilities include directing FOH staff during peak times, resolving minor guest complaints, managing table reservations and seating arrangements, and ensuring compliance with service standards and hygiene protocols.

Key Skills & Qualifications:

  • Previous experience as a Restaurant Supervisor or Senior Captain/Head Waiter.
  • Strong floor management and quality control skills.
  • Excellent interpersonal and problem-solving abilities.
  • Thorough knowledge of F&B service standards and sequences.
  • A proactive, hands-on approach to service leadership.
