Responsibilities:
- Supervise and coordinate the daily service operations of the restaurant.
- Lead, train, and motivate the waiting staff (Waitresses/Waiters), ensuring adherence to high service standards.
- Handle guest inquiries, complaints, and ensure overall guest satisfaction.
- Assist in managing scheduling, opening, and closing procedures.

- Relevant experience in the hospitality/F&B industry is mandatory.
