Runner

About the Role: The Runner is a critical part of the service team, ensuring food and beverages are delivered quickly and accurately to our guests. This role requires speed, attention to detail, and a focus on providing excellent customer service.

Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver food and beverage orders from the kitchen/bar to the customer tables efficiently and accurately.
• Assist in setting up and clearing tables, ensuring a clean and welcoming dining area.
• Communicate any guest needs or issues immediately to the Servers or Management.
• Ensure presentation standards are met before serving any item.
• Support the service team by restocking service stations and managing dining room supplies.

Skills & Qualifications:

• Essential: Excellent physical stamina and the ability to stand/walk for extended periods.
• Essential: Strong communication skills and a positive, customer-focused attitude.
• Preferred: Previous experience in a fast-paced restaurant or cafe environment.
• The ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and public holidays.
• A strong commitment to teamwork and cleanliness.
