The consultant will be responsible for proactively engaging potential clients, showcasing properties in Dubai Silicon Oasis, conducting site visits, and guiding clients through the entire sales cycle. Success in this role requires outstanding communication skills, product knowledge, and a commitment to achieving challenging sales quotas.
- Responsibilities:
- Generate and follow up on leads for property sales and consultations.
- Present property details, financial models, and investment returns to prospective clients effectively.
- Conduct site visits and property tours.
- Negotiate and finalize sales agreements, ensuring all documentation is accurate and compliant.
- Build and maintain a strong client database and professional relationships.
- Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Sales Consultant, preferably in real estate or high-value services.
- Exceptional persuasive communication and negotiation skills.
- Strong knowledge of the Dubai property market is highly beneficial.
