Sales Executive

We are seeking a motivated Tele Sales Executive to generate leads and close sales for real estate projects over the phone. This is a target-driven role with a competitive incentive structure.

Responsibilities:

• Make outbound calls to potential clients from provided databases and self-generated leads.
• Present real estate properties and investment opportunities persuasively.
• Understand client needs and match them with suitable properties.
• Schedule viewings and follow up with prospects to convert leads into sales.
• Achieve and exceed weekly and monthly sales targets.
• Requirements:
• Minimum of 1-3 years of proven tele-sales or sales experience, specifically within the Dubai real estate market.
• Excellent verbal communication and convincing skills in English.
• Ability to work under pressure and handle rejection.
• Goal-oriented with a strong drive to earn incentives.
