We are looking for an experienced Senior HR Executive to manage key human resources functions. This role encompasses recruitment, employee relations, performance management support, and ensuring compliance with UAE labor law. The executive will be instrumental in supporting the growth of the company by attracting and retaining top talent.
- Responsibilities:
- Manage end-to-end recruitment processes for various departments, including executive-level hiring.
- Handle employee relations, conflict resolution, and disciplinary actions in compliance with UAE labor law.
- Administer compensation, benefits, and performance management programs.
- Maintain accurate HR records and manage the HR information system (HRIS).
- Ensure all HR policies and procedures align with company goals and legal requirements.
- Requirements:
- Extensive experience as an HR Executive or Senior HR officer, preferably within the construction or real estate sector.
- Deep knowledge of UAE Labor Law is essential.
- Strong interpersonal, negotiation, and confidential information handling skills.
