Republica is hiring Shisha Crew members to prepare and serve shisha to our guests, ensuring high quality and customer satisfaction.
Job Responsibilities:
- Prepare shisha according to guest preferences and company standards.
- Regularly check on guests to change coals and ensure shisha quality.
- Clean and maintain shisha equipment and the designated shisha area.
- Provide excellent customer service and handle shisha-related inquiries.
Requirements:
- Proven experience in shisha preparation and service.
- Strong knowledge of different tobacco flavors and coal management.
- Ability to engage with guests in a friendly and professional manner.
- Immediate joiners are preferred.
