Job Description

Palma Beach Resort and Spa is hiring a skilled Shishaman to prepare and service shisha for guests in the designated resort areas. The role requires expertise in shisha preparation and attentive guest service.

Responsibilities:

  • Prepare, light, and serve shisha accurately according to guest preference and resort standards.
  • Maintain the cleanliness and safe operation of shisha equipment and the service area.
  • Provide attentive service, changing coals and checking on shisha quality regularly.
  • Ensure compliance with all local regulations regarding shisha service.

Requirements:

  • Previous experience (1+ year) as a Shishaman in a hotel, resort, or lounge.
  • Expertise in various shisha flavors and preparation techniques.
  • Strong customer service skills.
