Gastro-Naut Hospitality is launching four new, unique dining and entertainment destinations in Downtown Dubai (WOOHOO, RAM & ROLL, SPOCK, and MAMABELLA). We are building an expert team and are seeking passionate and knowledgeable Sommeliers to elevate our guest experience.

Job Description
We are looking for certified and customer-focused Sommeliers to manage our beverage programs. You will be responsible for curating and maintaining the wine list, educating the service team, providing personalized recommendations to guests, managing cellar inventory, and ensuring a refined and educational wine service experience across our upscale concepts.
Requirements
- Experience: Proven experience as a Sommelier in a fine dining or upscale hospitality setting. Certification from a recognized organization (e.g., WSET, Court of Master Sommeliers) is highly preferred.
- Skills & Attributes:
- Deep knowledge of viticulture, wine regions, spirits, and proper serving etiquette.
- Exceptional communication and sales skills; ability to engage and educate guests confidently.
- Strong inventory management and organizational skills.
