Job Description
The Sous Chef acts as the Head Chef's second-in-command, assisting in kitchen management, staff supervision, scheduling, quality control, and food preparation. You will be responsible for ensuring consistency and smooth operations during service periods.
Requirements
- Experience: Minimum of 3 years of experience as a Sous Chef or Senior CDP, with strong skills in International Cuisine.
- Skills & Knowledge: Excellent delegation and communication skills, advanced cooking techniques, and solid knowledge of kitchen management and inventory procedures.
