Job Description
The Steward is responsible for washing and sanitizing dishware, cutlery, and kitchen utensils. Key duties also include cleaning kitchen floors, walls, and equipment, and assisting with basic garbage management to maintain a clean and safe working environment for the culinary team.
Requirements
- Experience: Prior experience as a Steward or Kitchen Porter is preferred.
- Skills & Knowledge: Ability to perform physically demanding tasks, strong understanding of hygiene and sanitation practices, and a reliable work ethic.
