Store Manager

We are looking for a dynamic and experienced Store Manager to join the Choithrams team. The ideal candidate will be a results-driven leader capable of managing all facets of a high-volume retail store operation.

Ideal Candidate Profile & Key Requirements:

• Education: Graduate (Bachelor's degree or equivalent) is mandatory.
• Experience: A minimum of 4 years' proven experience in a supervisory or management role within a Food Retail company is required.
• Geographic Experience: Middle East work experience is highly preferred.
• Technical Skills:
• Proficiency in MS Office (MS Excel, MS Word, MS PowerPoint).
• Knowledge of Retail ERP systems (specifically SAP) is highly preferred.
• Language Skills: Proficient in speaking, reading, and writing English. Knowledge of Arabic is an advantage.

Job Summary & Core Responsibilities:

• Ensure all retail KPIs (Key Performance Indicators) for sales, cost control, and inventory targets are met in line with the overall store Profit & Loss (P&L) objectives.
• Oversee and ensure the effective and efficient management of all store operations in strict compliance with Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs).
• Lead, mentor, and motivate the store team to achieve high performance and deliver excellent customer service.
• Maintain high standards of store appearance, merchandising, and stock availability.
• Manage store security and implement loss prevention measures.
