Storekeeper

• Responsibilities:
• Maintain accurate records of all items in the storeroom (food, beverages, supplies, etc.).
• Issue items to departments based on authorized requisitions.
• Receive and store new deliveries, ensuring proper rotation (FIFO - First In, First Out).
• Conduct regular inventory counts and reconcile physical stock with system records.
• Ensure the store is clean, organized, and meets health & safety standards.
• Monitor stock levels and generate purchase requests for low-quantity items.
• Report any spoilage, damage, or discrepancies.
• Requirements:
• Proven experience as a Store Keeper, preferably in a hotel or large restaurant.
• Knowledge of inventory management principles (FIFO).
• Good numerical and record-keeping skills.
• Proficient in basic computer applications (MS Excel, inventory software).
• Honest, organized, and detail-oriented.
