Sushi Maker

• Responsibilities:
• Prepare various types of sushi, sashimi, and other Japanese dishes with precision and artistry.
• Ensure the freshness, quality, and proper presentation of all sushi items.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and hygienic sushi station.
• Manage ingredient inventory, including fish, rice, and vegetables.
• Follow strict food safety and sanitation standards.
• Interact with customers at live counters if required.
• Requirements:
• Minimum 3 years of relevant experience as a Sushi Maker.
• Must be below 35 years of age.
• Skilled in sushi rolling, cutting, and presentation techniques.
• Knowledge of seafood handling and food safety.
• Must be currently residing in the UAE.
