SHE Burger UAE is hiring a Team Leader specializing in drive-thru operations. This leadership role requires operational experience to ensure speed, accuracy, and quality service at the drive-thru window.

Responsibilities:

  • Lead and supervise the drive-thru team, ensuring fast and accurate order fulfillment.
  • Monitor service times and implement strategies to improve drive-thru efficiency.
  • Handle customer issues and complaints related to the drive-thru area.
  • Assist in training staff on drive-thru protocols and POS operation.

Requirements:

  • Minimum 1+ year of experience in drive-thru operations is mandatory.
  • Candidates based in the UAE and available for an immediate start are preferred.
  • Strong leadership and team supervision skills.
