Mercure Hotel Dubai Barsha Heights is hiring a Telephone Operator to manage the hotel's central switchboard. The operator ensures prompt and accurate routing of all guest and internal calls.

Responsibilities:

  • Manage the hotel switchboard system, directing calls accurately and professionally.
  • Handle guest wake-up call requests and messages promptly.
  • Assist with internal communication and inquiries from various departments.
  • Ensure professional phone etiquette is maintained at all times.

Requirements:

  • Previous experience as a Telephone Operator in a hotel Front Office is required.
  • Clear and professional verbal communication skills.
