Job Description
Mercure Hotel Dubai Barsha Heights is hiring a Telephone Operator to manage the hotel's central switchboard. The operator ensures prompt and accurate routing of all guest and internal calls.
Responsibilities:
- Manage the hotel switchboard system, directing calls accurately and professionally.
- Handle guest wake-up call requests and messages promptly.
- Assist with internal communication and inquiries from various departments.
- Ensure professional phone etiquette is maintained at all times.
Requirements:
- Previous experience as a Telephone Operator in a hotel Front Office is required.
- Clear and professional verbal communication skills.
