About the Role:

Home Bakery is seeking a passionate Barista to prepare and serve a variety of coffee drinks and beverages while delivering exceptional customer service in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Greet customers professionally, take orders, and provide recommendations.
• Operate espresso machines, coffee grinders, and other equipment efficiently and safely.
• Maintain beverage cost budgets by accurately following standard recipes.
• Prepare and serve beverages according to company standards.
• Upsell products and promote special items to customers.
• Restock supplies and ingredients as needed.
• Complete daily coffee bar checklists and ensure all equipment is in top condition.
• Maintain a clean and organized workspace, including the coffee bar, brewing equipment, and storage areas.
• Follow health, safety, and grooming standards.
• Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth operations and excellent service.
• Monitor bar stock and ingredients, following SOPs to maintain beverage quality.

Qualifications & Requirements:

• Minimum 2 years’ experience as a Barista.
• Knowledge of specialty coffee, brewing techniques, and espresso preparation.
• Ability to multitask and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
• Passion for coffee and willingness to learn and grow in the role.
