About the Role:

We are looking for a skilled Barista to prepare and serve a variety of coffee drinks and other beverages while delivering outstanding customer service in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Greet customers warmly, take orders, and provide recommendations.
• Operate espresso machines, coffee grinders, and other equipment safely and efficiently.
• Maintain beverage cost budgets by following standard recipes.
• Prepare and serve beverages according to company standards.
• Upsell products and promote special items to customers.
• Restock supplies and ingredients as needed.
• Complete and check the coffee bar checklist, ensuring equipment is in top condition.
• Keep the coffee bar and storage areas clean and organized.
• Follow health, safety, and company grooming standards.
• Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth operations.
• Check bar stock and ingredients daily to maintain beverage quality.

Qualifications & Requirements:

• Knowledge of specialty coffee, brewing techniques, and espresso preparation.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and multitask effectively.
• Passion for coffee and eagerness to learn and grow in the role.
• Minimum 2 years of experience as a Barista.
