About the Role:

We are seeking Stewards / Kitchen Helpers to support our kitchen team. You will report directly to the Chef In-Charge or Commis and assist in maintaining a clean, organized, and efficient kitchen environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Follow instructions of the Chef In-Charge or Commis and work in designated kitchen areas.
• Collect, wash, and maintain pots, pans, crockery, and cutlery.
• Clean food preparation areas, equipment, work surfaces, walls, and floors; ensure hygiene and sanitation standards are met.
• Unload food and equipment deliveries and keep storerooms organized.
• Assist with basic cleaning jobs and maintain an organized kitchen at all times.
• Adhere to grooming and uniform standards consistently.
• Be hands-on and present during peak hours to support kitchen operations.
• Communicate politely and respectfully with colleagues using a minimal voice.

Requirements:

• Previous experience in a kitchen or hospitality environment is a plus.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced and physically demanding environment.
• Strong attention to hygiene, cleanliness, and teamwork.
• Punctual, reliable, and proactive attitude.
