The Role: Receptionist / Admin Assistant

This is a full-time, on-site role located in Dubai, United Arab Emirates.

The Receptionist / Admin Assistant is critical to ensuring smooth daily office operations. You will be the first point of contact for the company, managing administrative tasks and providing professional support to the team.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage incoming phone calls and professional correspondence.
  • Greet and assist visitors with a welcoming demeanor.
  • Perform various clerical duties and administrative tasks.
  • Manage scheduling and appointment coordination.
  • Support overall office functionality and operational needs.
  • Provide excellent customer service and support.

Qualifications

We are looking for candidates who demonstrate:

  • Proficiency in Phone Etiquette and all Receptionist Duties.
  • Strong Clerical Skills and effective Communication abilities.
  • Excellent Customer Service capabilities.
  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
  • Proficiency with office software, such as the Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Previous experience in a similar role is preferable.
  • High school diploma or equivalent; additional qualifications are a plus.
