International Group Trading Co. LLC, a leading foodstuff distributor in the UAE, is seeking a highly motivated and experienced E-Commerce Specialist to manage and drive sales growth across our digital platforms and online marketplaces.

The E-Commerce Specialist will be responsible for the end-to-end management of the company's online sales channels, ensuring optimal performance, increased visibility, and revenue growth in the competitive UAE market. This role requires a blend of technical platform knowledge, data analysis, and digital marketing savvy.

Key Responsibilities

  • Platform & Listing Management:
  • Manage and optimize product listings, content (descriptions, images, videos), pricing, and promotions across major e-commerce platforms (e.g., Amazon, Noon, Carrefour, Talabat, company website).
  • Ensure all product content is accurate, up-to-date, and optimized for search engine visibility (SEO).
  • Sales & Strategy:
  • Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve monthly and quarterly e-commerce revenue targets.
  • Identify and onboard new e-commerce channels and partnerships to expand the company’s digital footprint.
  • Operations & Logistics Coordination:
  • Collaborate closely with the supply chain and logistics teams to ensure accurate inventory levels and timely order fulfillment.
  • Oversee order processing and troubleshoot operational issues across all online channels.
  • Data Analysis & Reporting:
  • Monitor and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) such as traffic, conversion rates, and sales data to identify trends and provide actionable insights.
  • Prepare regular performance reports for management.
  • Digital Marketing:
  • Work with the marketing team to execute targeted digital campaigns (e.g., paid ads, social media promotions) that drive traffic and sales to the e-commerce channels.

Skills & Qualifications

  • Experience (Mandatory): Minimum 3 to 4 years of proven experience in an E-Commerce Sales/Specialist role, specifically within the FMCG or Food Distribution industry in the UAE.
  • Licensing/Knowledge: Deep practical knowledge of major UAE online marketplaces (Amazon, Noon, etc.) and their operational logic (e.g., Seller Central, FBA).
  • Education: Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Technical Skills: Proficient in MS Excel and e-commerce analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics).
  • Competencies: Strong analytical, negotiation, and problem-solving skills with excellent communication and organizational abilities.
