Heavy Equipment Operator

TAMAS Projects, a leading infrastructure and utilities group in the UAE, is seeking highly experienced and licensed Heavy Equipment Operators to join our major construction sites in Abu Dhabi and Al Ain. This role is critical to the execution of large-scale infrastructure projects, including utilities, roadworks, and civil construction.

Key Requirements:

• Experience: Minimum of 4 years of proven experience operating heavy machinery (Shovel/Wheel Loader, Excavator, Grader, etc.).
• GCC Experience: At least 2 years of recent work experience in the GCC region is mandatory.
• Licence: Must possess a valid UAE Heavy Vehicle Driving License for the relevant equipment.
• Physicality: Must be physically fit and willing to work extended hours outdoors in a construction site environment, including under direct sun.

Key Responsibilities:

• Operate multiple types of heavy construction equipment safely and efficiently, as directed by the site foreman or engineer.
• Perform daily pre-operation and post-operation checks and routine maintenance on equipment.
• Ensure adherence to all TAMAS safety protocols (HSE) and standard operating procedures (SOPs).
• Coordinate ground movement with ground staff and supervisors via hand signals or radio.
