Job Description

Palma Beach Resort and Spa is hiring an HR Officer to support the Human Resources department in daily operations, employee relations, and administrative tasks within the resort setting.

Responsibilities:

  • Assist with the full employee lifecycle, including recruitment, onboarding, and documentation.
  • Manage staff attendance, leave requests, and payroll documentation.
  • Handle employee relations, addressing minor concerns and supporting staff welfare.
  • Ensure accurate and confidential maintenance of all HR records and files.

Requirements:

  • Previous experience as an HR Officer, preferably in a hotel or resort environment.
  • Strong knowledge of UAE Labour Law basics.
  • Excellent communication, organizational, and people skills.
