Yas Clinic is hiring an HR Coordinator to join the team in Khalifa City, Abu Dhabi. This full-time role is essential for supporting the HR department's daily operations, ensuring smooth administrative and staffing processes within the demanding healthcare industry.

Responsibilities:

  • Assist the HR department with daily administrative tasks and maintaining accurate employee records.
  • Coordinate recruitment logistics, including interview scheduling and candidate communication.
  • Support the onboarding and offboarding processes for clinical and administrative staff.
  • Handle employee documentation, prepare necessary reports, and ensure filing compliance.
  • Assist with inquiries related to HR policies, benefits, and attendance tracking.

Requirements:

  • Passion for Human Resources and the healthcare industry is required.
  • Previous experience in an HR or administrative coordination role is required.
