Al Mabia Services L.L.C. is hiring two Male Front Office professionals for their Hatta location. This role is key to guest relations, requiring specific hotel software knowledge and adherence to a set work schedule.

Key Responsibilities (Standard Front Office duties):

  • Perform efficient guest check-in and check-out procedures.
  • Manage guest reservations and accurately update the Opera PMS system.
  • Handle guest inquiries, requests, and billing procedures professionally.
  • Work Schedule: 9 hours + 1 hour break.

Requirements:

  • Opera PMS knowledge is required.
  • Previous Front Office experience is required.
  • Gender: Male (2 positions available).
  • Work Schedule: 9 hours + 1 hour break.
  • Must join in the 1st week of December.
