Recruiter

Ontime Group is hiring a passionate and driven Recruiter / Talent Acquisition Specialist to join our team in Dubai. The role is responsible for managing the full recruitment cycle, from sourcing candidates to coordinating interviews and partnering with hiring managers.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage the end-to-end recruitment process effectively.
• Source candidates actively through job portals, LinkedIn, and professional networking.
• Conduct initial candidate screenings and coordinate subsequent interviews with hiring managers.
• Partner directly with hiring managers to thoroughly understand their specific hiring needs and requirements.
• Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment lifecycle.

Requirements:

• 1–3 years of experience in recruitment (agency or in-house) is mandatory.
• Strong sourcing and headhunting skills are essential.
• Excellent communication and people skills.
• Ready to grow a career with a dynamic and reputable organization.
