Key Requirements & Qualifications

• Experience: Minimum 5 to 9 years of professional experience in data analysis, business intelligence, or marketing analytics. Experience in the retail, e-commerce, or luxury sector is a plus.
• Education: Must possess an MBA (Master of Business Administration) or Any relevant Post-Graduate degree (PG) in Statistics, Data Science, Marketing, or a related quantitative field.

Job Description & Responsibilities (Implied)

The Marketing Data Analyst will be responsible for measuring, analyzing, and reporting on the effectiveness of all marketing initiatives, providing strategic recommendations to optimize performance. Key duties typically include:

• Data Analysis: Collecting, cleaning, and analyzing large datasets from various marketing channels (e.g., website, social media, email, CRM).
• Performance Reporting: Developing clear, insightful reports and dashboards on key marketing performance indicators (KPIs), ROI, customer acquisition cost (CAC), and customer lifetime value (CLV).
• Strategic Insights: Identifying trends, patterns, and opportunities in data to guide marketing budget allocation, campaign optimization, and segmentation strategies.
• Experimentation: Designing and analyzing A/B tests and other experiments to drive continuous improvement in marketing effectiveness.
• Collaboration: Working closely with the Digital Marketing, CRM, and Sales teams to ensure data integration and alignment of business goals.
