Social Media Manager

Key Requirements & Qualifications

This role requires a candidate with significant experience in social media strategy and management:

• Experience: Minimum 8 to 12 years of professional experience in social media management, strategy, and execution. Experience leading social media for a premium, luxury, or high-end retail/furniture brand is a strong asset.
• Education: Must possess a Bachelor's Degree or Any relevant Post-Graduate degree (PG) in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related discipline.

Job Description & Responsibilities (Implied)

The Social Media Manager will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of Sobha Furniture's social media channels. Key responsibilities typically include:

• Strategy & Planning: Developing, implementing, and managing the overall social media strategy across all platforms (e.g., Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, etc.) to align with brand objectives.
• Content Oversight: Collaborating with the creative team (designers, editors) to ensure a consistent flow of high-quality, engaging, and on-brand content.
• Community Management: Monitoring, engaging with, and growing the online community, managing reputation, and handling customer inquiries escalated from social channels.
• Performance Analysis: Using analytics tools to track KPIs, measure the success of campaigns, and provide actionable insights for continuous optimization.
• Budget Management: Managing the social media advertising budget and ensuring optimal performance of paid social campaigns.
