Job Description

Champs Sports Club is seeking an energetic and goal-oriented Membership Consultant to join our sales team. The successful candidate will be the first point of contact for potential members, responsible for driving membership sales and promoting the benefits of joining our club.

Core Responsibilities:

  • Conduct tours of the facility for prospective members and effectively articulate the features and benefits of the club.
  • Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly membership sales targets and key performance indicators (KPIs).
  • Develop and maintain a sales pipeline through lead generation, follow-up calls, and outreach activities.
  • Build positive relationships with new and existing members to encourage renewals and referrals.
  • Process membership agreements and maintain accurate records in the CRM system.
  • Attend and participate in sales meetings and training sessions.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in sales, customer service, or a similar target-driven environment, preferably in the fitness/leisure industry.
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
  • A passion for fitness and promoting a healthy lifestyle.
  • Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and public holidays, as required.
