Join Our Team: Safety Services Group is looking for a proactive, organized, and detail-oriented Administrative and Sales Coordinator to be a core support member for our team in Sharjah. You will be the essential link between our sales efforts and administrative efficiency.

What You'll Do (Key Responsibilities):

  • Manage and streamline daily administrative tasks and sales support functions.
  • Prepare detailed quotations, manage follow-ups on sales inquiries, and actively support the sales team.
  • Maintain accurate customer records and handle all professional client/internal correspondence.
  • Assist management with necessary documentation, reports, and administrative projects.
  • Ensure smooth and effective communication flow between clients and internal departments.

What You'll Bring (Requirements):

  • 2–4 years of proven experience in an admin, coordination, or sales support role.
  • Exceptional organizational skills and excellent verbal and written communication abilities.
  • Proficiency in MS Office (especially Excel, Word, and Outlook).
  • A professional, presentable demeanor and a strong ability to multitask and manage time effectively.
  • Preference will be given to candidates who are female and/or of Filipino nationality.
