Sales & Marketing Manager

AL AIN PALACE HOTEL, Abu Dhabi's earliest landmark, blending heritage and contemporary experience, is seeking a highly skilled and results-driven Sales & Marketing Manager. We are looking for an individual who possesses a high level of excellence in guest service and has a strong work ethic to drive our market presence and revenue.

Job Description: The Sales & Marketing Manager will be responsible for developing and executing strategic sales and marketing plans to maximize hotel revenue and occupancy. This leadership role involves driving corporate account acquisition and relationship management, overseeing market development initiatives, preparing budgets and forecasts, and managing all digital marketing efforts. You will be responsible for leading sales performance and collaborating effectively across all hotel departments.

Qualifications:

• Education: A Bachelor's Degree in Business, Marketing, or Hospitality Management is required.
• Experience:
• Minimum 5-8 years of Sales & Marketing experience in the hospitality sector.
• At least 3 years of that experience must be in a managerial capacity.
• Core Competencies: Strong background in corporate account acquisition, relationship management, and market development.
• Financial & Planning: Proven ability to prepare budgets, business plans, and sales forecasts.
• Technical Proficiency:
• Proficiency in Opera & IDS Hotel Systems (or equivalent Property Management Systems).
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
• Familiarity with digital marketing tools (e.g., Google Analytics, Meta Business Suite, Mailchimp, or equivalent).
• Soft Skills: Excellent written & verbal communication skills, ability to collaborate effectively across departments, and be highly organized, results-driven, and capable of handling multiple priorities under pressure.
