Senior Waiter / Waitress

The Senior Waiter/Waitress is the face of our brand, responsible for providing flawless, attentive table service and enhancing the overall dining experience. You will mentor junior staff, manage section operations, and handle guest requests or issues with professionalism and grace.

Key Expectations

• Service Mastery: Manage a dedicated section, executing polished food and beverage service with an in-depth knowledge of the menu and wine list.
• Team Leadership: Guide and support Food Runners and Junior staff to ensure cohesive front-of-house operations.
• Upselling & Revenue: Proactively recommend specialty items, increasing check averages while enriching the guest experience.
• Issue Resolution: Confidently and efficiently handle and resolve all minor guest complaints, escalating as necessary.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2-3 years of proven experience in a high-volume or fine-dining restaurant environment.
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
• Deep knowledge of food hygiene and safety standards.
