Toilet Attendant

The Restroom Ambassador plays a vital role in upholding our high standards of cleanliness and guest comfort. You will be responsible for the continuous maintenance and immaculate presentation of all public and staff restrooms throughout service hours.

Key Expectations

• Continuous Maintenance: Monitor and ensure the cleanliness of all facilities throughout the shift, addressing spills or issues immediately.
• Stock Control: Ensure all amenities (toilet paper, hand soap, paper towels, etc.) are fully stocked and replenished at all times.
• Positive Presence: Maintain a professional and discrete presence, offering a friendly greeting to guests as appropriate.
• Hygiene Excellence: Follow strict hygiene protocols to ensure a safe and sanitary environment for all guests and staff.
