Site & Landscape Supervisor

We are seeking a highly competent and experienced Site and Landscape Supervisor to manage and oversee all aspects of daily landscape maintenance operations and project execution across our client sites in Dubai.

Based in Al Quoz, this pivotal role requires a strong blend of technical knowledge in horticulture and site management, ensuring that all projects meet the highest standards of quality, client satisfaction, and operational efficiency. The successful candidate will drive team performance and act as the key link between the company and its clients.

Core Responsibilities and Deliverables

• Operational Oversight: Manage and supervise the daily activities of the landscape and site maintenance crews, ensuring all work is completed efficiently, safely, and to specification.
• Quality & Compliance: Conduct regular site inspections to guarantee the quality of soft and hard landscaping works, plant health, and the optimal functioning of irrigation systems.
• Technical Management: Apply strong technical knowledge of local plant species, pest/disease control, and advanced irrigation techniques (e.g., drip, sprinkler systems).
• Client & Stakeholder Management: Serve as the primary point of contact for clients on site, professionally addressing concerns, reporting progress, and building strong relationships to ensure client retention and satisfaction.
• Resource Coordination: Assist in scheduling labour, organizing material logistics, and ensuring all necessary tools and equipment are available and maintained.
• Reporting: Maintain detailed site records, track progress against timelines, and prepare professional progress reports for the Project Manager.

Mandatory Candidate Requirements

• Education: Bachelor's Degree or Diploma in Landscape Design, Horticulture, Agriculture, or Civil Engineering.
• Experience: 3–5 years of demonstrable experience in a landscape supervision, site foreman, or site maintenance role within the UAE market.
• Specialized Knowledge: Comprehensive technical knowledge of irrigation system components, installation, maintenance, and plant care best practices in the UAE climate.
• Soft Skills: Proven ability to manage a team effectively, coupled with outstanding verbal and written client communication skills.
