We are seeking a highly creative, results-driven, and experienced Social Media and Marketing Specialist to pilot our digital presence. Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute comprehensive social media strategies aligned with overall marketing objectives, ensuring brand consistency across all channels (e.g., Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, X, TikTok, YouTube).
  • Create compelling, high-quality, and engaging content (text, image, video, stories, reels) that resonates with our target audience and reflects our unique brand identity.
  • Manage daily social media operations, including content scheduling, posting, community management, and responding to comments and messages in a timely and professional manner.
  • Monitor social media trends, tools, and applications, and proactively identify new opportunities for engagement and growth.
  • Plan and execute paid social media campaigns, optimize ad spend, and analyze campaign performance to maximize ROI.
  • Collaborate with internal teams (e.g., culinary, operations, design) to develop integrated marketing campaigns and promotions.
  • Conduct market research to identify target audience preferences and optimize content strategy.
  • Track, analyze, and report on key social media metrics and KPIs, providing actionable insights and recommendations for continuous improvement.
  • Manage influencer partnerships and collaborations to expand reach and build brand advocates.
  • Develop and maintain a content calendar, ensuring timely delivery of all marketing assets.

Required Skills & Experience:

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Journalism, or a related field.
  • 3+ years of progressive experience in social media management and digital marketing, preferably within the hospitality, lifestyle, or entertainment industries.
  • Proven track record of developing and executing successful social media campaigns that drive engagement and conversions.
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills with a strong ability to craft captivating copy and compelling narratives.
  • Proficiency with social media management platforms (e.g., Hootsuite, Sprout Social, Buffer) and analytics tools.
  • Strong understanding of SEO, SEM, and content marketing principles.
  • Experience with graphic design tools (e.g., Adobe Creative Suite, Canva) for creating visually appealing content.
  • Ability to analyze data, generate insights, and make data-driven decisions.
  • Highly organized, detail-oriented, and capable of managing multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.
